Astral Projecting
I astral projected for the first time the other night. I have been listening to subliminal programs off and on for a while now but was too scared to go through with them. I found myself in a detached, deeply relaxed state after 10-15 minutes of listening and was too apprehensive to continue and would always force myself back into full consciousness. I feel asleep 2 nights ago at 4 am and awoke at 6 am after a series of the most wonderful, and frightening, lucid dreams. I awoke in my dreams 3 times only to realize I was still dreaming. When I really awoke at 6 am, I had this intense pain/ pressure about 1 inch above my third eye chakra. After doing a little research online, I learned that this is a common symptom of having astral projected. Here is an excerpt from a book on astral projection which explains this a little better:
“Projection attempts stimulate the higher primary centers in a big way. People who are unused to energy body development may feel intense activity in their brow and crown centers. Pressure symptoms may also be present. These can range from a throbbing in the center of the brow to a pulsing at the temples…”
I filled up 4.5 pages in my notebook detailing the events of this session. Some of the highlights of this session included the ability to travel anywhere I wanted by a mere thought. While I did not fly, I simply thought of somewhere I wanted to be and my body would zoom off to the location. As well as traveling instantaneously, whatever I desired manifested before me. I also encountered a guy who had a small, roundish, black computer. While looking at the computer, he gave me a name of someone, something I needed to pursue. Perhaps this could be a spiritual guide of sorts. I had him repeat the name again as well as showing me the name on the computer. I noticed a small knob on the bottom of the computer and began turning it which started cycling through tons of names. He noticed me doing this and snatched the computer away while reprimanding me. Perhaps this was an extension of the Akashic Records? As far as I can recall, the name he gave me was Yholende. It’s written form was quite similar except for the Y which had a funny shape to it.
During this session, I made the observation that achieving this state was quite simple and that I could do it whenever I wanted. Now that I am back in this dimension, I realize that it is not. Or maybe it is. Who knows? I do know that this whole things was like an acid trip multiplied by 10 and that it is not something I can do often. I gained a TON of insight from this projection, but feel that such drastic changes like this can only happen every once and while so as to limit the risk of mental/ physical exhaustion.
